1. Drink a lot of water. - Water is very important, if you drink a lot of water, this will makes you less hungry and if you are less hungry, you eat lesser.

2. You can eat A LOT for breakfast, normal (at least lesser than breakfast) for lunch, and a very small amount for dinner. What's important is that you MAY NOT eat a lot during night (pass 6-7 o'clock) or else you'll gain weight.

3. Do some exercise. Exercises are the main tricks for diet. Like cycling, jogging, etc. Exercises help by burning the fats.
