If you mean, "Where are the "tee-pee" or "tipi" tribes located, the Plains Indians and other nomadic tribes are predominantly the users of the tipi. This is because the tipi was easily taken down and moved to another location, and could be used as a travois to carry other goods from location to location.
When the group was ready to move on, they took apart their tipis to bring with them. The tipi's wooden poles and buffalo hide could be made into a sort of "moving van" called a travois. The travelers packed all their belongings on the travois, a type of sled pulled by dogs and later by horses.
I don't know that the Iroquois ever lived in Tipi's. Plains tribes used the Tipi as a very functional form of home that was easy to move when needed. Those tribes were nomadic by nature of their food sources and tended to move a lot. The Tipi could easily be broken down, the poles laid out and the skin cover to make a Travois to carry the rest of the household items.
