How a tornado ends is not fully understood. It is thought, however, that cold air coming out of a thunderstorm (called outflow) undercuts the mesocyclone, the rotating updraft that drives the tornado. This chokes off the supply of warm air that feeds the updraft.

Can there be a tornado that ends but then have another tornado at the same time?

If you mean to ask if one tornado can form after another has dissipated, yes. Supercells, the storms most likely to produce tornadoes, often go through cycles. They can spawn can spawn multiple tornadoes one after another in what is called a tornado family. Sometimes the next tornado in the family will form before the current one has dissipated, resulting in there being two tornadoes at the same time.

Do tornadoes keep everything they have or do they sit some back up?

If you mean to say to tornadoes take away everything they touch, no. Some stuff they leave in place depending on how strong the tornado is. If you mean to ask if everything a tornado picks up stays with the tornado or ends up back where it started, then the answer is neither. When a tornado picks something up it will stay airborne for a bit but will eventually fall back down somewhere else or end up stuck in something such as a tree or a wall.
