They would be close to the bottom because they eat insects, who eat plants (Or smaller insects that eat plants) and the plants get their "food" from the sun. There are many things that are able to eat tree frogs, thus it's low on the food chain.

It's pretty much invulnerable. Except from humans. A poisonous tree frog as poison in its skin and sweat, making it fatal to animals who attempt to eat it. It's called the poisonous tree frog for a reason
Well, it's a plant so then animals, such as the giraffe or birds, eat the tree & it keeps on going. the tree is on the bottom of the food chain.
