I am a girl, so I know how I would like to be asked out.
First of all, don't have your friend ask her out, that is a sign of cowardness, and no girl likes that. All you have to do is go up to the girl with your friends, as long as they don't interrupt anything, and ask "(girl's name), will you go out with me. Good luck!
