You use tech points. Go to the tech screen and look above the stone painting of the tree. Above it is the dendrology tech. If you have enough points, press buy to get level 2, then buy again to get level 3.

∙ 12y agoI don't know any cheat to boost the parenting skill. Hence, all you need is patience for them to gain the skill.
By the way, female ones acquire parenting skills compare to male for they nurse the baby for couple of minutes. Thus, it will take many tries for male to master the skill.
I'm playing it everyday and it just went boring if you master the game. Anyways, enjoy playing and Godspeed ahead.

∙ 12y agoI am sorry to tell you but that is not possible. You can get full dendrochronology in your tech point area. That is the only way to have mastery in dendrocronology.
