A reseanable cardio workout followed by weight-lifting will do the trick along with eating healthy meals! That's only 35 pounds. With the motivation to do it, you surely can lose that in 2 months!

That's nothing to lose in 2 months i lost 40 pounds in 2 months unbieleivable right my pants aren't tight on me any more ya I'm 16 i use to weight around 289lbs TO MUCH for a 16 year old remember when the burnings in your muscles that's when your building most of your muscle take it from somebody in your condition just i was bigger and now now i weight 220 and that's mainly muscle hey at your weight don't worry bout losing it just keep the weight and turn the fat into muscle i pushed myself to the limit and then kept going till i'd hit the floor and my muscles were killing me DON'T DO THAT its a lot of pain i did it because i was extremely hating how fat i was i have a 2 pack now working on a 6 pack but this is how you do it do pushups till you can barley get one more in and your arms are shakey. if you can i can now but i use to not be able to do pullups after that when your arms are i lil rested push urself to the limit just please don't kill yourself like i did me and do the workout till you drop to the ground i litterally dropped to the ground my arms and legs hurt so much they couldn't keep me up till i let them rest for like 20 to 30 minutes do not do it its not good for you keep working if you really want it then you'll be able to do it
