It would require a petition to the court, if the parent is unable to provide it on his own. What is the situation?
extremely unlikely
child that shys and tu rns away from all adults except close family members
the adult who took the child to the park and left them.
A child with DS can be an adult physically but mentally and emotionally they are often still children and needs a guardian. And of course the parents can still see their child. It would be cruel to the child to take away their family.
yes. if they have been naughty...spank away my friend.
Help the child up and tell an adult. Scream and run away if kid is crying. =) Ha Ha
No. It will take a little bit.
Obviously having a child as a minor forces you to take on many adult responsibilities, however the mere act of having a child does not necessarily make you an adult. Unless you decide to become legally emancipated from your parents (in which case you will be considered an adult) you will not be an adult until you turn 18, which doesnt sound that far away for you.
No. In fact, the child can be taken away from you. You're considered a parent after you have a child. You're considered an adult at 18. Depending on your state and if you are the age of consent, emancipation is an option, making you legally independent, but still not an adult.
Potentially. If the proper authorities find reason to believe that the child is at risk of obtaining drugs illegally, or that the child is also at risk of an overdose, the authorities can remove the child from the home for "Child Neglect".
No. The back child support is owed to the custodial parent and the amount due doesn't go away until it has been paid.
In Texas, a child must be at least 17 years old to be considered an adult. Until then, running away may result in the child being classified as a runaway and subject to being returned to their legal guardian or authorities taking other protective measures.
