Bacteria will grow almost anywhere. For them to grow they require food and water. Many do not even need oxygen.

They are transported in the air, in water or by your hands. This means that if you leave food uncovered, many bacteria will settle on it from the air and will be able to grow.

Scientificly speaking we cannot create bacteria since they are the first or second organisms(microscopic) to occupy planet earth.they can be called "pioneers",since they are microorganisms that lived before us (homosapiens). it maybe difficult to create them and also bearing in mind that they are unicellular(prokaryotes) and they have thier own DNA,having a fast turn over.I think the lacking of nucleus and other organelles makes it impossible to create bacteria.the only way to create a bacteria is by allowing bacteria to multiply itself thorugh binary fusion to result in other bacterium being formed and" having the same DNA"as the original parent.
