Chemistry is the branch of science that deals with the transformation of matter. Biology is the branch of science that deals with life, and anything that has life is particularly made up of matter (because it can be felt).

Chemistry is also the spontaneous reaction of two people to each other, whilst biology is also the spontaneous make up of those two people (non-humorous joke).
