Well withOut knowing the scientific reason, l can tell you, by inhaling a lungfull of smoke, you are replacing what should be oxygen with brutal chemicals, oxygen is supposed to be carried through the blood and through out your body in order to do anything, the lack of oxygen is compensated by your heart pumping more blood to give your body the required amount of oxygen through your body, in turn making your heart work much harder, that is one of many ways I'm sure!
