Globalization is making it impossible for policy makers to ignore criminal activity in other parts of the world, especially where the crime is perpetrated by transnational criminal and terrorist organizations. Transnational organized crime is known as "an unlawful activity undertaken and supported by organized criminal groups operating across national boundaries." Transnational crime groups have profited more than legitimate business, which are subject to domestic and host country laws & regulations. Examples for transnational crime are fraudulent emails, drug running, distribution of weapons of mass destruction, sex tourism and illegal trafficking of human being and human organs.
