The evaporative air cooler is an alternative to conventional central air conditioning. An evaporative air cooling system is more economical to operate than a conventional central air conditioning unit.
a warm front
Cooler air is lighter and rises to the top, while warmer air is heavier and sinks to the bottom. There is actually a cycle of heating and cooling of the air, which causes wind. Te longer the cooler air is of higher altitude, the warmer it is going to get; this is also true of the warmer air, but vise versa. The warmer air gets cooler and starts to rise while the cooler air gets warmer and starts to sink.
the less moisture it can hold
The cool air will sink and the warm air will rise.
To cool the charge air before it entering to the cylinder.
CAC stands for Charge Air Cooler (aka: intercooler). This cools the air coming out of the turbo before it enters the intake. The tubes are simply what connects the turbo and intake to the CAC.
An time air is compressed it heats up,cooler air makes more power. An intercooler/aftercooler reduces the heat build up.
After cooler and intercooler are the same thing, The intake air is heated after being compressed by the turbo. The after-cooler removes most of that heat, increasing it's density and doing so increases HP and the amount of boost you are able to run.
dirty air cooler can b one of the cost ,
Intercoolers are used on anything that has a turbo. It's not that is has to do with "Diesel" engines. They're used to cool the exhaust charge going back into the intake with the ambient air that is forced into the inter cooler. So that you're not just cycling hot air back into the intake. Since hot air= less Hp, Cold air = more hp.
Seal leaks oil... Or oil in your charge air cooler...
Diesel engines work in a different way to petrol in that they work on pressure to ignite warm diesel as opposed to petrol engines which have spark plugs. in order to work, there can be no air, air wont ignite!!
cooler air is cool air
Air conditioning condenser. Right in front of the radiator is the Intercooler and then in front of the intercooler is the air conditioner condenser. Could also be a trans cooler, a power steering cooler... a bumper....
On 6.0L diesel there are two fuel filters, you will get a set of two when you purchase them at the auto parts store. One is on the frame on the drivers side and the secondary filter is on the top front center of the engine behind the charge air cooler tube ( use a 1/2in ratchet in the top of the cap)
The evaporating air cools the pot on the inside.
