well it depends what kinda dye. people either get a dye dispenser [can be bought from sallys beauty supply' or a mixing bowl [made for hair dye, can also be bought from sallys]. just get your developer and pour as much as needed into a cup, pour into the dye, or put dye in the developer and shake or mix with a dye brushhh. happy hair dyinng.
