That depends entirely on the brand, maker, and type of fluid you use; as well as the flavor and nicotine level.

Speaking personally; Vanilla Hazelnut tastes just like a smooth Cuban cigar (to me). Cherry Tobacco (as my store makes it) tastes just like Cherry Pipe Tobacco.
