I don't believe that 50% of people in the entire world have electricity yet, especially electricity that can be depended on to be available when needed.
Pretty much all 303,591,568 of us. (yes, even the Amish and the homeless use electricity). the percentage of people that use electricity is 97%! :D that also, means that only 3% don't use electricity. :(

yes people in rwanda do have electricity not the all parts of the country, there are also remote rural areas where there is no electricity but other sources of energy are used.
