A1: Both will flow. The Voltage is the pressure or rate of flow of current.

A2: In general, current is discussed as "flowing", and voltage is not. This is because current does not just "sit somewhere" like voltage can; for example, outlets at your home have 120 volt potential applied to them always, whether you have anything connected to them or not. BUT there is no current flowing through them unless you attach a device, because there is nothing connecting the two outlet pins (so the circuit is open). Thus current cannot flow, but voltage can "sit" there, waiting for when it is needed.
