if I'm correct it is that you work your muscles and the fat dissolves away and you are skinny. my question is where did the fat go.
all you have to do is exercise
Lemonade without sugar. Nothing that you consume will MAKE you skinny. You have to move (exercise) and eat less/chew more than you did when you became un-skinny.
Doing crunches does not make you skinny. Eating less calories than you burn and being active (cardio exercise) will make you skinny.
Singing is good exercise but of itself it will not make you skinny, many famous singers were quite large people (e.g. Paverotti and Montserrat Caballé).
Any exercise that builds muscle will burn fat, but it wont make you skinny. Some of the strongest men in the world are fairly chubby.
Exercise, Eat healthy, play sports outside, and that is how i am skinny!!!
To become skinny you just need to exercise daily and do not eat to much fat food. But don't make yourself stop eating any foods.
Just exercise more.
They are expected to be, and they diet and exercise to be that way.
