How does farming provide jobs?

Large farms often cannot be operated by one person, so the manager/owner of that farm needs to hire workers to work on that farm, be it temporary seasonal or permanent. Suppliers to farmers also require a labour force to make the wholesalers, retailers, and warehouses--among others--get the products out to those farmers.
