Well food with fat in it can be stored in your body and you can gain weight. Fruits and vegtables have viatmins that help your body run better. And water is always good to drink cuz your body is made up of mainly water. And energy drinks are one of the worst things for you. Some come with warnings! Food with alot of calories can also make you gain weight. And like salt is good for you. But too much is bad I'm not sure why. You also need to eat some properly-prepared meats for protein.
