It is unclear why culture would need any help. Culture is learned. If you grew up learning that the United States of America is the freest country in the world and there is no better place to live then that is a part of your culture. If you learned that hot dogs, beer and Baseball was a central part of all American behavior then this is your culture. If you were raised Catholic then you learned to take communion, to confess your sins and to confirm your faith in Jesus Christ as your personal lord and savior then this is your culture. Whatever you grew up learning that is now your culture. Globalization will demand a homogenization of culture in order to facilitate a freer flowing economy and legal structure.
