they pray to communicate with God
God communicates with us in various ways, including through prayer, scripture, personal experiences, and through other people. Prayer is a direct way to communicate with God, while scripture provides guidance and wisdom. Personal experiences, such as moments of clarity or inspiration, can also be seen as messages from God. Additionally, God can communicate through other people, such as pastors, mentors, or friends who offer advice or support.
God may give us visions to provide guidance, inspiration, or convey messages that are meant to help us on our spiritual journey. Visions can be a way for God to communicate with us in a more direct and personal manner.

To give glory to God. To align our hearts with God’s will. To influence God and be influenced by him through a relationship. First, let us give glory to God. Second, let us first do our very best to align our desires with God’s will. Third, let us remember that our presentation to God of our desires will be greatly helped by the Holy Spirit, who speaks for us in groans that words cannot express. Let us sometimes stop talking, meditate, communicate and let us “be still and know that I am God.
It is one of the fundamental doctrines of the Catholic Faith and almost all other Christian denominations that Jesus Christ was God. Christ Himself declared His divine origin and nature and repeatedly did acts and said things to reinforce this truth. Based on this, God did indeed make Himself man and communicate with us people.
Pray, meditate, and listen.
