It is very efficient when you are low on energy, the components are taken from many other top energy drinks such as Monster and Redbull, and mixed together to form a very potent energy blend.
GU Energy Gel is back by years of research and testing. The quality of their products is carefully regulated and controlled . Many professional athletes use GU Energy Gel to increase their performance and endurance in their sports. The price might be more than its competitors, but it is well worth it because its flavours are far superior to its competitors.
Gu Energy Gel is no longer being sold by many retailers. They stopped making it and I can't find it anywhere. You will have to find a replacement gel.
GU Energy Gel typically lasts for about 45-60 minutes when consumed during physical activity.
Gu Gel Energy is really not worth the price. While they may be simple and efficient, you can get a performance energy drink similar to it for a much lower price.
The active ingredients in Gu Energy Gel typically include carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose), electrolytes (sodium and potassium), amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine), and caffeine. These ingredients are designed to provide quick energy and support hydration during endurance activities.
The best time to take GU Energy Gel for optimal performance during physical activity is 15 minutes before starting the activity. This allows the body to absorb the carbohydrates and electrolytes in the gel, providing a quick source of energy for sustained performance.
http://www.amazon.co.uk is a quality website that sells gu gel for shoes. Not only that, but it also provides a variety of different types of gu gel for shoes.
Gu roctane is a energy gel which is made to keep runners and hikers on the move , in my opinion it tastes horrible , but you can purchase them on amazon and other sports shops such as sportsdirect.com , they provide a good selection of energy foods and drinks !
I am actually not sure where to get that, but I would personally recommend Gatorade Prime. It has a gel like texture. It is also loaded with B vitamins and ginseng to give you the boost you need.
There is an interesting site that gives you a recipe to make your own gels. coolrunning.com.au. The opinion at www.paddypallin.com states that the first gel available was GU energy gel. It is good and easily digested. It is good for any sport you play. There is a good review on LG energy gels at militarytimes.com
I have used GU energy gel. They don't seem to do a lot. They certainly don't hurt. I would just eat a good light meal a few hours before you run 300-500 calories. Hydrate well with mostly water and a little Gatorade. Try GU if you want, don't think they help that much though. Hope this helps.
A 10k is too short a distance to be taking energy gels or any other food. Energy gels are only necessary when there is a risk you run out of energy and there is enough time for the gel to become effective. This is typically only for races that are longer than 90 minutes.
