Both have a lot of vitamins (good for hair, nails etc.) and have antioxitants which can help fight against a lot of diseases, even memory loss. Also fish is low in fat and provides omega-3 fatty acids which is good for your memory too. Leafy greens can make your skin softer. I could go on and on of the benefits of healthy eating, but i wont. To put it in a simpler way, by eating healthy you slow down the aging process a bit and it could help you live longer.
