If your heart is beating too slow (bradycardia), then your blood pressure, your pulse will be low, and you will feel colder, your fingers and toes may be cool to the touch. If your heart is beating too fast (tachycardia) then you may feel dizzy, short of breath, hot and sweaty and your pulse will consequently be raised.
