Puerto Ricans are US citizens. US citizens who live in Puerto Rico are not subject to the US Federal income tax on income they make from sources in Puerto Rico. Any Puerto Rican who moves to another part of the US is subject to Federal income tax just as all other US citizens are.
The US needs illegal immigrants. Many of these people are willing to do jobs that legal US citizens will not. They are extremely hardworking people and are just looking for a better life for their families.
There is no amendment to make life better for people. It is up to us to make our lives what they are and not be victims of the situation. All of us have the means or ability to improve ourselves and our situation. It may not be easy and it may require working several jobs, but if you set a goal for yourself you can do it. The governments job is not to make you happy or successful, but to protect you, to provide laws, and to see to the common good.
