Yes you an have the same hole pierced. But make sure that is where you want the hole this is a second chance t get them perfect.

Yeah, a hole is a hole. For most piercings, jewelry is pretty much interchangeable. As long as the piercing is healthy and healed, you should have no problem wearing a stud earring.

Just stop wearing earrings, and eventually it will close up. It may take a few months, and a small indentation will remain, but it will close back up.
How long after you get your ears pierced can you take them out to wear dangles?
about 8 weeks. I have heard that you should wait at least six months, because if you put in dangles too soon the earlobe will be to weak to hold something that dangles and can make the hole bigger, which you don't want.
