According to the account... no man could tie the demoniac down. They tried... and no man could "treat" him [even if they would have known how; which they didn't].
The difference between this and what Jesus did, was that demons [unclean spirits] know Jesus Christ. And they bow and respond to His authority over them.
"...'What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most Hight God? Swear to God that you won't torture me!' For Jesus had said to him, 'Come out of him, you evil spirit!'" (verses 7-8 NIV)
These same demons are in the world to this day. These are the ones who followed Satan is his attack on God's throne in the beginning [see: Isa.14:13-14; Ezek.28:15-16; & Rev.12:7-9]... and were repulsed and cast back down to earth, and confined here against their trials in the coming Judgment, when God's Justice will be administered against all unrighteousness; of angels and men.
"...the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their own home -- these He has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for Judgment of the Great Day." (Jude 1:6 NIV)
"Do you not know that the saints will Judge the world? ...Do you not know that WE WILL JUDGE ANGELS?" (I Cor.6:2-3 NIV)
The demons "know Jesus Christ"... His Power, Glory and Rule over them and the universe -- and they can't do anything other than obey Him.
But, the same can't be said for faithless, deceived, God-rejecting men, who don't know Jesus. Demons don't react the same way to men who don't have God's Holy Spirit in them:
"Some Jews who went around driving out evil spirits tried to invoke the name of the Lord Jesus over those who were demon possessed. They would say, 'In the name of Jesus whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.' ...[One day] the evil spirit answered them, 'Jesus I know, and I know about Paul, but WHO ARE YOU?' Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all. He gave them such a beating that they ran out of the house naked and bleeding." (Acts 19:13-16 NIV)
Man's treatment of the demoniac hasn't changed appreciably over the centuries. He still binds the demoniac [if he can]... and treats the demoniac's symptoms with muscle and mind-soothing drugs.
And because "faith" is such a rare commodity on earth to this day... treating demoniacs by casting their unclean spirits out of them in "Jesus' name" is also a rare treatment.
"...when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?" (Luke 18:8 NIV)
Man's "treatment" has always been the same since the beginning. Placing his faith in himself... that he can do anything [including saving himself] without God.
Jesus' treatment on the other hand [because He is God] gets right to the root of the problem, because man's greatest problem is a spiritual one, which he is unable to see.

Their role was to witness Jesus and share him with others so they can to believe and be saved from sin.

save our spiritual and physical status in purity of blood of Jesus Christ.
The wood was either teak or rose wood, as it had to be strong to carry the mans weight.
because Gods plan is better than mans plan.he wants also to test our patience.

Jesus spat on the ground and then made a clay, to apply on the blind mans eyes. he then told him to go and wash in pool of siloam.
No....
If you'll check scripture, Jesus never said that he was dying in order to redeem civilization. Apparently, Christianity put those words into his mouth,
Christians believe that Jesus was God born of man. They believe that human sin was keeping them from God, and when Jesus came as a sacrifice (Like the 'Scapegoat' from the Old Testament, see Leviticus 16:20-22) for the forgiveness of mans sin, available to all who accept it. They believe that if free from sin through Jesus' sacrifice, they can come to God.
