At some point, while your in doing world four; right before you after your enter the gate Wilfre will appear and attack the mayor. Somehow the mayor dies. As opposed to real life, instead of having a funeral for him, his body just vanishes and his daughter Marie starts crying. The mayor no longer appears in the storyline after this point.
