First you must lift the car using a jack or lift. Then remove the wheel. The brakes is behind it and is held on with nuts and bolts. Remove these and simply put a new brake one.

Unless u change the master brake cylender cause the valving is different. with drum brakes it has valving to keep ur drums pumped up for better peddle feel so with disk brakes they would stick with the drum brake car.

remove wheels remove brake drum brake drum is not bolted on ,but if it will not slide past brake shoes,you need to get under vehicle and back brakes off until they clear the drum then slide drum off remove brake parts, placing them on a towel or something similar ,and in the order that you take them off a good idea is to place each brake shoe,one to right and one to left of parts.you can then compare new brake shoes with old and know which one and how it installs on backing plate. wash all brake parts with a brake leaner one peice at a time and place back in order on towel washing with gaseline will not remove brake fluid now assembly of new brakes is exact opposite of dissasembly once assembled and brake drum back on , the brakes need to be adjusted.then test brakes
