You would have to go to your doctor's to determine if you actually have intestinal parasites. Depending on the parasite depends on the medication given to kill them. The only other way you would know is by letting the infection go on for so long that the worms get pushed out with your bowels and you view them in the toilet when done.

Would recommended the route of the doctors office but thats just me.
