No, Baccalaureate is part of Graduation Ceremonies. Baccalaureate is a service during graduation where it is more like a church service (sorry, not the best explanation of what it really is). When I graduated we had Baccalaureate and Commencement. Baccalaureate was held on Sunday at the school auditorium and then Commencement was the actual receiving of the diplomas. Once you go through all the high school pomp and circumstance, you then go to college to get your Bachelor's Degree. Hope it helps!
