I have this issue on my 06 407. noo heat ondriverside but heat on passengerside. if you are unable to change the temp on one swide but not the other then the heater flap is broken in the dash. easy cheap fix if you do it yourself. check videos on youtube that show cutting of a hole in the side of the heaterbox and epoxy resin cord to join the rod back to the flap.
