You will need a digital still camera and a tripod to create a time lapse video. Theoretically you will already have your still shots of whatever it is you want to make your video from ie a flower growing, watching the sun set etc. In order to put all of your images together you will need to have Windows Movie Maker. Import all of your pictures here. Depending on what you're time-lapsing, determines what your frame rate will be. Once you've decided that, it's time to add your images to the story board, and it's ready to preview.
