Depends what context you're using it in, as the UK and US use it differently. The french probably do as well, bu maybe: le type - guy/fellow le pote - mate le mec - guy le vieux - old man (slang - as in old geezer)
You can say: "lo bat yeh" which means "old guy" (probably closest to geezer) "lo bat sing" means the same as the above or "say lo gwai" which means "stupid old guy" (warning, it's not pleasant) or "a yeh" which means old guy (pretty standard)
