Get a heart scale and go to blackthorn city's tutor house. Give the heart scale to the move maniac so she can make your Pokemon remember a move it had forgotten.Make Piloswine remember the move ancient power(Piloswine knew ancient power at level one).After remembering the move ancient power, level it up 1 more level and then piloswin will evolve into Mamoswine.
