Debris and Land Run-off can affect dolphins by making them sick, killing them or getting them stuck in places where humans willl fish for them.

Land Run-off can do the same for whales and any other sea critter too.

also it can get stuck and suffocate them

sometimes dolphins get caught in fisherman's nets and they die but most of the time they either get choked by pollution floating in the water or the eat something metal or plastic so they get sick and die
