In my experience as a Christian, prayer has been a wonderful way to commune directly with the Lord. Through prayer, I can ask Him for His help. I can turn to Him in prayer for support and strength. I can ask Him for forgiveness and cleansing from m sins. Through prayer, I can praise Him and thank Him for his blessings. And through prayer, I can intercede for friends, family members and strangers who need His help. Answer
