The preamble does not start with you the people it starts with WE the people...this refers to all citizens of the United States of America that we shall stand as one, together for the good of the country.
Preamble means "pambungad" in Tagalog. It refers to an introductory statement at the start of a document or speech outlining its purpose or guiding principles.

The word preamble means introduction. Words that are synonyms for preamble are prelude and preface. The word preamble is a noun.
The purpose is the preamble signals to the receiving node that data is incoming and indicates when the data flow is about to begin. The SFD (start-of-frame delimiter) identifies where the data field begans.
The delegates did not start the preamble- you the people. The preamble says: WE THE PEOPLE of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution of the United States of America.
