It's a really good question that you are asking. Puberty changes not just sexual organ/hormone, but also changes the way a boy feels about something and change their behavior completely. A child that hit puberty at a school-age will show behaviors that might be more mature or dangerous. They will start to think about sex and will ask their parents about it. Overall, it changes a boy's thinking, behavior and body.
