religion is a very powerful thing. It is believed that religion restricts imagination and thinking. For things that cannot be explained or things that are dangerously close to the "truth" , narrow minded people slap the religion sticker on it and its solved. If you want to learn, you have to be open minded, being religious is a personal choice but if you let it cloud your vision you may never really see what there is to see. all things are possible and only the impossible is impossible.
