If you have a freedom of speech, you have a right to say anything you want, but that doesn't mean it is socially acceptable to say anything you want. Just like if you have a freedom to use guns, it is wrong/illegal to go kill somebody.
Giving people freedom does not guarantee that they will use it for good purposes. While freedom is inherently valuable, it also comes with the potential for individuals to make poor choices that can harm themselves or others. Therefore, it is important to balance freedom with responsibility and accountability.
