Be calm and try to tell your friend about the history of the problems that you had. If they're really a friend, they'll listen and be compassionate towards you; if they're not, it's probably a good thing you found out because now you know who your true friends are. Try to be personal and alone when telling your friend. BE CONFIDENT!!! Your friend will listen and comfort you. They may even try to help you stay on track and add encouragement. Try not to tell your friend in a public place. Something like this is personal and requires personal attention. ALso, tell your friend that you are recovering and be honest, I'm sure your friend will appreciate it. GOOD LUCK!!!

It is not possible. Height is a genetic thing. And if your friend is still anorexic then tell her/him that he/she can expect to technically shrink due to osteoperosis

You may find that your friend eats well, but doesn't pack on the pounds. Generally, Anorexic individuals will not admit they are Anorexic and hide their bad habits of eating very well. If you can't get anywhere with your friend then perhaps talk to their mother about the situation out of concern and tell the mother that this is in the strictest of confidence. If your friend should be Anorexic they need psychological help and, if your friend is not a minor there is not much one can do if the person refuses to go for help.
