The waters from Tennessee ultimately flow into the Gulf of Mexico. This occurs via several rivers, such as the Tennessee River, which joins the Ohio River, and ultimately the Mississippi River that empties into the Gulf of Mexico.
Despite the vast difference in climate, the cost of living in Ohio and New Mexico is surprisingly similar, with Ohio being less than 5% cheaper than New Mexico. The main reason being that housing in New Mexico is more expensive than in Ohio. This is likely due to the sunnier climate in New Mexico and the cost of living in arid desert.
