does it reflect off the water to create all of the colors
The sun
to help people see and keep the earth warm
No. God made rainbows as a promise to Noah that he wouldn't ever again flood the whole earth. We see rainbows after it rains because God is reminding us of his promise.
You can see alot further in the direction you're going and see the compass more easier
it protect us from sun. it helps us to not get a sun in our face so it can not get burned
When the sun goes back behind the clouds and no longer shines through the moisture such as rain in the sky. Thats what creates a rainbow. Loke the sun shing through a crystal pendant or prism refracts and reflects making a rainbow effect. If you take the crystal out of the sun , the rainbows go away. When the sun hides behind a cloud, the rainbow fades and then goes away as it needs the sun to make a rainbow. Usually rainbows only last a few minutes because the clouds and the moisture and the sun must be in just the right place for us to see them. So they are rather rare as the weather has to be just right to see one. I hope I answered your question. Forgive any typos please as i am using an ipad. Lol. Keep chasing those rainbows- And have a nice day!
The light source that allows us to see the moon is the sun. The sun's light reflects off the surface of the moon, making it visible to us on Earth.
The sun provides light that is reflected off the moon's surface, making it visible in the night sky. The moon does not produce its own light; it simply reflects sunlight back to Earth, allowing us to see it at night.
They help us see.
It protects us from the sun, gases, etc.
The telescope enabled us to see Jupiter's moons along with other planets in which we could not see with the naked eye. it also aloud us to to see the sun more closely. which then lead us to believe the sun was a star. this theory was completed when we were able to see sunspots on the sun with the telescope.
