What happens when light rays travel from water into the air
A normal line is the name of the line drawn perpendicular to the surface where a light ray strikes.
The light rays gets reflected in the same angle. Angle between normal and the incident ray is called angle of incident and angle between normal and reflected ray is called angle of relection. Normal is an imagenary perpendicular line on the reflecting surface. Angle of incidence is alway equal to angle of reflection.
As it is parallel to the normal to the surface, the angle of incidence is zero and hence the angle of refraction also has to be zero. Hence no deviation and no refraction.
Usually, as the angle of incidence of the sun's rays decrease (i.e. when the sun is nearer to the horizon than to the zenith) the temperature decreases.
