The skin is the first line of defense (our bodies are covered in it, and usually we can't get infected as long as our skin isn't broken). There's also hair, like the hair in your nose. That's why there's boogers in noses, it collected from the dust and whatever else you breathe in (yea, I know, not professional but you get what I mean). Our saliva is slightly acidic, so it can kill some weak bacteria as well.
