Argentina's geography affects the climate because it makes it better to grow crops and supply food for its people. But the bad things about the climate is that if a bad storms comes then it will destroy all the crops and leave no resources for the people of Argentina....
how can different climate regions affect how people adapt to the environment
Tundras are near in Russia, so Russians live in a tundra climate.
It would affect how someone would dress, or how someone would get around. For example if you live in a snowy climate you probably use one of those sleds with dogs. It also affects people's mood. I believe that Russia has one of the highest suicide rates and I know that Russia has one of the highest numbers of alcoholics. This is because in places where there is little sunlight many people suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
It affects the people of russia by Long winters and Mild summers

Climate can affect life in a region by people's crops dieing and then they dont have any food.
I think you will find people in India eat potatoes and people in Russia eat rice also. But generally it is to do with climate, and the suitability of said climate in growing different kinds of edible plants. Russia's colder/dryer climate is more suited to root vegetables such as the potatoe, whereas India's wetter/warmer climate is better suited to the harvesting of rice. Thanks
