It really also depends on your age group and the criteria of the assignment. If you have to do something based on a specific period, but don't know what to do, you should probably change your question. If it's more a general project, with no criteria, which would be sort of weird, you could do it about Black history or the rights and freedoms they gained and how, the death of JFK (John F.
