Every human looks somewhat different from every other human. This is due to the mixing and matching of our genes during sexual reproduction (half the genes from the mother, half from the father). This appearance reflects our other differences such as the ability to survive better (or take better advantage of) in different environments. .

Over the course of time people in one environment adapt and evolve to make them more suitable than others. The survivors share the successful" genes or traits and are are all related and like many relatives look somewhat alike. An example may be the way that northern Europeans became lighter skinned to better absorb UV radiation for vitamin D manufacture during the last great ice age.

So as an outcome people that did well in one area all had a family resemblance which was related to their other genetic abilities that allowed their ancestors to survive in their particular environment.

Why is it important to look after the environment?

Looking after the environment is very, very important. Why? Because the environment actually looks after you, not the other way round. You see, humans do things that are not good for the environment to make them healthier. But, they are actually polluting the environment, which will make them sick. So, the moral is be kind to the environment and it will be kind to you.

What are the effects of alloys on the environment?

An "alloy" is the combination of two or more elements (usually metals). As such, they have no direct impact on the environment, other than how they were obtained (e.g., mining) and how they were produced (e.g., smelting). Since the question does not specify which alloy, if any, is of interest, it is virtually impossible to give a more detailed answer.
